The header reads N. Stiles Street but their website says South Stiles Street. South Stiles Street Maps correctly.
The name reminds of Aviation Trades High School in Long Island City, NY. The school has seen better days, so perhaps it could be converted into a multiplex cinema under the same ownership as this one.
