The Kam Kwok Theatre was situated in the Lok Fu district on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. Kam Kwok, meaning “Golden Country”, was the Cantonese pronunciation of its Chinese name.

It opened to business on 20th January 1966 with a first run Cantonese film, and showed first run English and Chinese dialect films until its closure on 29th November, 1971.

A residential building was built on the site of the theatre.
