This theatre should be listed as the Little Theatre AKA Majestic Theatre. 506 Dekalb St., Camden, SD. 29020 Tel. #803.432.7330
Mr. Lee Little opened this theatre on Apr. 7, 1915 as the Majestic. In 1950 it was renamed the Little Theatre. In 1991 it was purchased by James Trivett and partners and it remains today in operation as the Little theatre. It has been twinned and plays first run attractions.

I see that you already solved the mystery. The Little Theater had 1000 seats in 1955. The largest theater in this town and they call it Little. It’s like calling a basketball player Tiny. LOL

Hey, i have been by the Little Theatre back when the first “BATMAN” came out with M.Keaton as Batman. Have a picture of it at night,playing “BATMAN” with shows at 7:00 and 9:30.Glad its on CT.
