This theater was located in the Trabuco Hills Center shopping center, located across the street from Trabuco Hills High School. I assume it was built in the late 1980s or early 1990s and closed in the early 2000s.
It sat closed for probably two to three years, and it was converted to a grocery store in the Southern California-based Henry’s Marketplace supermarket chain.

Since this theater is closed and used for retail, why is that important?
It doesn’t even look like the site is up anymore.
I used to run this theatre back in the summer of 97 until I was robbed there. The robbery took place in June or July. It’s wierd going back in there and buying produce now.
