Tivoli Theatre 65-70 Strand, London - 1891
A painting of the Tivoli interior by George Richmond depicting the auditorium and stage after its Matcham remodeling of 1891. George says that he tried to interpret the contemporary description of white gold crème and pastel tints with some drama in the box decoration to compliment the house tabs and soft furnishings -
