Opened on July 7, 1950 with Doris Day in “It’s a Great Feeling” & Yvonne De Carlo in “Calamity Jane and Sam Bass”. The Broadway Drive-In was located in the village of Sloan, NY (town of Cheektowaga), a suburb of Buffalo, on Broadway Street near Harlem Avenue. This theatre sometimes threw all nighters, running movies from dusk to dawn on weekends.

Approx. address for this drive-in was 2501 Broadway, now in Buffalo, NY 14227. Now Allied Frozen Storage, Allied Dr. goes down the middle of where the theatre stood.
