Information comes from the book, “County Chronicles: A Vivid Collection of Fayette” by Ceane O'Hanlon-Lincoln.

The Colonial was built circa 1902. It was located on South Pittsburgh Street. Its final days as a movie theater ended in November of 1925. The building had various uses over the years until 2002 when it was demolished.
