Owned by Cascade Village Theatres who also operate the Capitol Theatre in Eagle. They used to have the Crossroads & Cascade Theatres in Vail.

I found on one link that the theatre opened in 1998 but not the owners name.

From the photos out there it has a corner entrance and a well appointed lobby and concessions area, but the auditoriums look rather small.
