Opened in 1975 with a combination of Spanish language and subtitled action double features, this retail space conversion eventually went first run playing mostly drive-in caliber exploitation product always with a supporting subrun feature.
It closed in 1986.

AlAlvarez, The Trianón was never much. A Jefferson store had occupied that inner corner back in 1965 – 1969, when the anchor store at the end was Master’s, there was a Western Auto there, J.G. McCrory’s or G.C. Murphy’s and Neisner five-and-tens.
did that shopping center have another name be for i’m trying to find old pics of it or something
i can’t find nothing on it if someone can help thanks
dannyboy, I think it was called the Central Shopping Plaza.
yeah it still is thanks i was just wondering how it was bkack then
dannyboy, although the shopping center in these photos is identified as being in Pinecrest, the Central Shopping Plaza looked very similar with a Zayre store and garage.
