This photo looks awful, but it ran as part of a Highland Theatres ad in the Southern Colorado State College Arrow from “Welcome Week” 1969. It suggests that the drive-in’s sign just said “Drive-In Theatre,” as was common in the earliest drive-ins. I couldn’t find any copyright notice in this copy of the Arrow, which would place its contents in the public domain.
