This theater was destroyed in the 1964 earthquake that caused severe damage to Anchorage.

That looks like the photo posted on the Bear Tooth Pub page. Are these two different theaters?

Ken, I think the Denali Theater that became the Bear Tooth Pub is later and was named for this theater.

June 7 1990 Now showing at the DENALI THEATRE is “I LOVE YOU DEATH"and "JOE VS THE VOLCANO” matinees Saturday and sunday 1.50 a seat located at 1230 W 27th Ave.
