The Princess Theater was next door to the Majestic Theater on Lamar Street. The building is still standing as of November 2008 and currently houses a bed and breakfast hotel.

The Princess was a small theatre locatd in the old Eastland Hotel. The Connellee Theatre (Majestic) was built right next door to the hotel.
The Princess Theatre was mentioned in the December 17, 1921, issue of Exhibitors Trade Review. The manager of the theater was named A.C. Stalcup.
