Located at the intersection of Dickerson Boulevard and Roosevelt Boulevard, next to the Monroe Mall. The Union Square Cinemas opened somewhere in 1988 or 1989 under the Fairlane-Litchfeld Theatre chain after the closing of the Union Village Cinemas I-II-III. The theatre is located in the Union Square
Shopping Center at the intersections of Dickerson and Roosevelt Boulevard(Highway 74 West) opposite across from the Monroe Mall.

The theatre opened in 1989. It was across the street from Monroe Mall off Highway 74 West.
Consolidated Theatres owned the Union Village Shopping Center theatres. As far as I know they also built the Union Square Cinemas.
Fairlane-Litchfield were buying screens all over the Southeast.Only to sell out to UA.
