Located at the intersection of Dickerson Boulevard and Roosevelt Boulevard, next to the Monroe Mall. The Union Square Cinemas opened somewhere in 1988 or 1989 under the Fairlane-Litchfeld Theatre chain after the closing of the Union Village Cinemas I-II-III. The theatre is located in the Union Square Shopping Center at the intersections of Dickerson Boulevard and W. Roosevelt Boulevard(Highway 74 West) opposite across from the Monroe Mall. It was later taken over by Consolidated Theatre, and finally operated by Regal.

It was closed by Regal Cinemas in July 2012.
