Tusca Drive-In

Opened September 27, 1950. Located in Brighton Township just west of the intersection of Tuscarawas Road and Dutch Ridge Road. Last night of operation (according to the last known newspaper listing) was September 1, 1991. Beaver Meadows assisted living facility now occupies the former drive-in.

The Tusca Drive-In is listed in the 1980 IMPA with a capacity for 500 cars. Operator at that time was W.J. Geibel.

Dr.Lewis H.Lering owned the TUSCA in 1956, The TUSCA was also a MEMBER OF THE BEAVER VALLEY DRIVE-IN ASSN.

Above address is incorrect. Approx. address for this drive-in was 5130 Tuscarawas Road.

Now Beaver Meadows Rest Home.
