Grand opening ad

The first of two Paramount Theatres in downtown Miami, this one was opened by the the Leach Family and Famous Players-Lasky in 1916 and closed in 1928.

In 1931, the Fairfax Theatre, which had been operating since 1922, was remodeled and renamed Paramount Theatre.
