One of several area drive-in theatres that were operating in the Raleigh vicinity.

The drive-in theatre was operational from 1961 until 1985. It has been demolished.

Listed in the 1980 IMPA with a capacity for 450 cars. Operator at that time was Piedmont.

There was also the Capital Drive-In Theatre which was on North Boulevard(aka Capital Blvd.) in North Raleigh just minutes from the Raleigh Beltline that was not listed on this site.

The year given for this ad is 1966.
