This drive-in was opened from the early-1970’s to the late-1980’s, and owned by Theatre Management Corp. It had place advertisements in the Montreal newspapers in English and in French with a Montreal phone #.
Drive-ins in the Plattsburgh and Champlain area were very popular to the people north of the border since Drive-ins were banned in Quebec 1947-1970. There is a French song by Chantal Renaud called Plattsburgh Drive-in Blues, which can be found on youtube.

Where the drive-in once stood is now the Clinton County Jail, 25 McCarthy Dr., Plattsburgh, NY. 12901
The Super 87 opened in 1964.
