Opened on March 18, 1983 by GCC . Known to have regularly shown some independent movies. It was closed in 2009, then reopened only to close again November 20, 2011. It was reopened March 3, 2016, but closed October 7, 2016.

General Cinema opened the PGA 6 in 1983, with two decent stereo auditoriums and GCC’s soon-to-be-obsolete corrugated metal walls. Local independent BMC Cinemas came on board after GCC’s departure from Florida; PGA was their most enduring site after taking over and eventually closing other local multiplexes from the majors.

Look like it closed again as of November 20th, 2011.
This time, they may not be back. Redevelopment for big-box retail may be next.
