The 43 Drive-In was owned by J.T. Waterall in the early-1960’s. Capacity was about 250 cars.

Opened in 1955 – Closed 1969. Can you find an address on your aerials?

U.S. 43 & Buster Roberts Rd, McIntosh, AL 36553

The above address will map to the location of the drive-in, which was on the east side of US 43, just south of Buster Roberts Rd.

Brad, if I am reading it right the drive in is where the sand and grvel pits are now, correct?
