Now a Sovereign Bank. Address is considered 45 Storey Ave., but that is the address for the whole plaza. The movie theatre portion is closer to Low St.
Open 1975-1980?
Owned by Brandt Theaters of New York City, Harry Brant, President. At one time Brandt had 119 theaters in Connecticut, Washington D.C., Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

When did it open?
Some Brandt theatres included the company’s name, and some did not. But when they did, it was with the possessive “Brandt’s.” In this case, it would have been Brandt’s Studio, not Brandt Studio.
