The Minturn Theatre was open in the late-1980’s, later renamed the Crossroads Cinema. The theatre closed in 2007 and was re-opened in 2010 by Cobb Theatres as the CineBistro @ Solaris. The theatre is now a movie and dining theatre.
Amenities, 21 and over after 8pm, reserved theatre seating, ultra luxurious high back leather rocking seats, digital cinema with 3D capabilities.

Owned by Cobb Theaters of Birmingham, Alabama. Anyone know if this is the same as the old R.C. Cobb, Inc. of Fayette, Alabama?

Regarding Cobb, they operate more or less as a “new” Cobb. They are still based in Birmingham, but sold off their older chain, and now have have become a specialized chain of theaters like these CineBistros. They recently took over a struggling theater in downtown Orlando: View link
