Mulkey became Dr. Martin Luther King which is the same as E. Main St., Randy has photos posted on Flickr showing the former marquee at the address he lists in his 1/29/12 post. Randy is a photographer from Texas and his spcialty is drive-ins and theatres. So I would go with his address in the header.
Approx. address for this drive-in was 1800 East Main Street.

On the North-east side of the road, there’s a building (Lower right) that sits right next to the land of where the Ellis Drive In once occupied.++
This is no where near 287-Bypass & Ovilla Rd. Nearest intersection would be Mulkey Rd (Bus-Hwy 287) & Graham Street.. South-Southeast of Graham street..

I found it listed on East Main Street??????
In 1967 it was still under Rowley United Division of United Artists Theater Circuit, Inc., Of Dallas, Tex., John H. Rowley, Vice-Pres & Gen. Mgr., They had 117 thearers in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
