Header should be Bingen Theatre AKA George Theatre the address is 206 N. Oak Street.

I’ve discovered that the Bingen Theater is now an arts center, and presents concerts and plays throughout the year. It also houses a recording studio.

The theater website also features videos from live concerts, and looks to be in very nice shape.

I don’t think the Bingen Theatre was demolished, from what I found it was later remodeled and re-opened as the Gorge Theatre at 206 N. Oak St. It closed in 2009 and is still standing. The header should be Gorge Theatre with with an AKA Bingen Theatre.
