Photograph of the Plaza taken in 1950 showing the cinema entrance below the Plaza canopy. This entrance is now concealed by the left side of Subway directly below the tall rounded window above, also the tip of the arched pediment can still be seen. Further to the left Wetherspoons occupies the former International Stores. On another note, a similar murder was committed at the Bow Palace cinema of the Manager, in 1934.
