Not sure if this was the original building but the Caribou Theatre dates back to at least the mid-1930’s when it was a single screen. During the 1950’s it was operated by Lockwood & Gordon and then by Daytz Theatres. Both the original Caribou Theatre and the Caribou Cinema 4 had the same address.
