B.F. Elbert Jr. and John A. Getchell lease the Bijou to the Ingersoll’s Fred Buchanan so that he can change the new Bijou from vaudeville with films to all films. He says it will be the “Nickelama” but changes to the Nickeldom at 612 Locust.
