Located in the Temecula Town Center shopping center. The theater building, box office and marquee still exist, however it now a 24-hour fitness.

According to an article in the NC Times, “Edwards Rancho California 10 was the first theater in the area with more than two screens when it opened in 1988” … “It closed in the summer of 2000”.
