From 1958 to 1983 the Canyon Theatre was listed in the local phone directory at this address.
From 1984 to 1997 the Gaslight Theatre was listed in the directory at this address.
A newer theater, operated by Lisa and Sean Powers, called the Take One Cinema opened at a different Mountain Home location in December of 1997. The Gaslight Theatre probably closed around this time. The Gaslight Theatre, which was later demolished, was located in the now vacant lot next to the Stockyard nightclub.
