The theatre opened with the Huntington Oaks Shopping Center in 1983. “The Right Stuff” played here on December 16, 1983. At least one screen was equipped for 70mm film presentations.

The Mann Huntington Oaks 6 was closed around 2000. In 2002, it was converted into a Bed, Bath & Beyond furnishing store.
