This Regal Cinemas multiplex was built in the late-1990’s adjacent to to the west side of Columbia Center, as an upgrade to the Columbia Center 3 theaters that were in the east side parking lot overlooking the railroad and river. For a few years, both the Regal and Columbia Center 3 were active at the same time.

The 8-screen multiplex now stands where the Pay ‘N Save department store used to be.
