Cobb Theatres opened their six-screen Pavilion Cinemas on December 9, 1983. Until early-2013 it was operated by Suick Theatres.

It was purchased by Paragon Theaters, a subsidiary of Mexico based Cinepolis. In June 2013, it was announced that the theatres would be upgraded later in 2013, and a 300-seat IMAX screen would be added.

Opened with six screens in 2014, added four more in 2016. No current plans for an IMAX screen.
