The State Drive-In was opened prior to 1955, and survived until the early-1980’s. It has since been replaced with an affordable housing development. Nothing survives.

In 1980 the State Drive-In had a capacity for 460 cars.
Approx. address for this drive-in 1090 South State Street.
The entrance was on South Dora. The State Street address was for the office. The site is now low-incomes apartments and sweat equity housing.
