Boxoffice, June 29, 1964: “The Roundup Drive-In, part of the Foreman-Nace chain, has added two car ramps and now has a 972-car capacity, compared to the original 740. Boxoffices were added to handle the larger crowds, snack bar space was doubled, and additional restrooms were provided. The Roundup is managed by Virgil Rowe”

The Round-Up drive-in theater opened on Friday, November 4, 1955. The last advertisement for the Round-Up drive-in theater appeared in the February 24, 1980 edition of the Arizona Republic newspaper.

Opened on 4/11/1955 with “You’re never too young” and ‘Santa Fe Passage".

Boxoffice, July 28, 1956: “Harry L. Nace, head of the Harry L. Nace Theatres, has bought the interest of Malcolm White, mayor of Scottsdale, in the Valley Theatre Corp. there. … The purchase makes his the sole owner of the two Scottsdale theatres, the Roundup and the Kiva. … The Roundup, a drive-in, will be expanded with 150 stadium-type seats being installed for walk-in patrons, and 270 new automobile speakers added.”
