The Strand (later Rivoli and Roxy) Theatre in Portland, Oregon, showing the original East Park Street entrance. The theater was situated between East Park and West Park, with lobby entrances on each side. In Portland’s Great Renumbering of 1931-32, East Park became SW Park and West Park became SW 9th. By that time, the theater already had a new entrance on Washington Street.
