The second location for the Ritz Picture Gardens opened in December 1949 at 112 Hobart Street on the site of a former State Housing Commission house on the erastern side of Axford Lane. The second Ritz Picture Gardens closed in(1960’s or 1970’s?) The gardens were demolished in the (1960’s or 1970’s?), and the site is now a warehouse for food and mineral(or spring?) water.
