In December of 1924, the Exhibit Theatre continued as the Dal-Mar following both a change in ownership and a naming contest. The theatre never converted to sound and was not advertising late in 1928 when fire came causing enough damage to discontinue film operations. The building was converted for other retail uses and later was demolished.
