Located on the east side of Norrish Street in the middle of the block between Henry Street and Crowden Street. The Roads Board Hall opened in(1926 or 1927?), and screened films from the beginning(?), and stopped screening films sometime in the 1950’s. The Roads Board Hall is still there, but now longer screens films.
