Brighton Cinemas 9

The Brighton Cinemas 1,2,3 was opened August 4, 1972. A combined total seating capacity of 1,120. In 1985 a fourth screen was added and in 1986 a fifth screen followed and in 1987 it became a six screen theatre. In 1993 it had expanded to 9 screens. It was scheduled to be expanded to fourteen screens but it never happened. The theater eventually closed and gave way to the Brighton Towne Square 16 Theatre across the street.
