Lotte Cinema World Tower

Located in the tower of the Lotte World Mall, the tallest building in South Korea. The Lotte Cinema World Tower was opened in July 2014. Each of the 21 auditoriums has its own floor in the building. The largest auditorium has 622 seats in its Super Plex G auditorium on the 123rd floor of the building. The screen measures 34 metres wide x 13.8 metres high and is recognised by the Guinness Book of Records as the World’s Largest Screen.

It was announced in July 2017 that one of the auditoriums would be the first in the world to be equipped with a 34 feet wide Samsung 4K LED display, especially manufactured to be used in movie theatres. (the biggest TV set in the world!)

Flagship laser projection (2 x Barco DP4K-60L) on the world’s largest cinema screen.

The DP4K-60L can easily be upgraded to HDR, which makes it the most future-proof projector available.

Would love to watch a movie on that screen.
