The parking is for the surrounding residential area and pathology centre. The offramp (where the drive once sat) is for the Gateway Motorway.

Whats the name of the highway? Whats the carpark for?

It is now demolished and partially a car park. The diner was demolished in 1995 whilst the majority of the site was demolished a year prior to make way for a highway.
