Opened in 1911 and was closed and demolished in 1927.
According to one of the Miles Theatre adds the seating was at 1000.
I thought I would mention that my great uncle, Bee Ho Gray, peformed at the Miles Theatre during the week of March 8, 1915. This was one of probably thousands of venues he played during his many years as a Vaudeville entertainer. A newspaper article about the show at the Miles can be seen at:

A Hillgreen-Lane theater organ opus 601 size 2/29 was installed in the Miles Theater in 1921 at a cost of $9,600.
