Located in the Flandres district in the northeast of the city. Originally opened as the Cinema Palace, by 1946 it had been re-named Flandres-Palace. It was still open in 1955, but had closed by 1965.

It has since been demolished and a large apartment block with a supermarket at street level has been built on the site.
