Located in the Sarria district to the west of the city centre. The Cine Spring was opened in 1911. It was a very basic building, with virtually no decoration and open roof trusses instead of a ceiling in the auditorium. Seating was provided for 770 in orchestra and a raised stepped section at the rear. It was designed by architect Joaquin Font Pedrosa.

In the 1920’s it was enlarged and remodeled to seat 1,250. In 1980 it was taken over by Cinestudio and was programmed with repertory films, screening a different revival film every day. The Cine Spring was closed in May 1984. It has been demolished and an apartment block now stands on the site.
