Located on the Northwest side of the city. Opened by Act III Theatres on May 31, 1996 as the Fiesta Trails Theatres. It was taken over by Regal in 1998. The Regal Fiesta Stadium 16 screened second run movies and some East Indian movies. It was closed permanently by Regal Entertainment Group in January 2021. In November 2022 it was demolished to build an apartment complex.

The Santikos (Act III) Fiesta 16 opened on October 25th, 1996.
The Regal Fiesta Stadium 16 has closed perm per websites and news
COVID killed this. Last used as a dollar/last showing movie cinema. Due to lockdown in 2020, they got behind on rent and Regal Cinemas decided not to reopen in 2021. Developers want to knock it down for luxury apartments as it is in a prime location.
11/29/2022 This cinema is being gutted and torn down to make way for more shopping and retail.
Had 3,086 seats.

Actually opened on May 31st, 1996 by Act III-Santikos Theatres, and was originally called “Fiesta Trails Theatres”. The theater was taken over by Regal in 1998 when Act III was folded into Regal. This was initially supposed a 12 screen multiplex, but AMC had opened a location nearby and in retaliation, Act III/Santikos raised the screen count to 16.
