The 1909 Sanborn shows a ‘Moving Picture Theatre’ in the ground floor of a two-story brick commercial building. Club rooms and the telephone exchange are located upstairs.
This building was constructed before 1885, and the theatre was apparently closed by 1914. The 1918 map shows a variety store on the ground floor. It is now a coffee shop, with the front ¼ of the space turned into a patio area.
