Located in the Rotherbaum district in the north of the city centre. The Kinematographen Palast Theater was opened in 1910 and was operated by the Hamburg cinema pioneer James(Jeremias) Henchel. He operated the Schauburg Waterloo and many more cinemas which all have their own pafges on Cinema Treasures. The cinema closed in 1917
