The Classic Art Theatre opened on March 9th, 1966 with a double bill of Gene Kelly in “An American in Paris” and Mario Lanza in “The Great Caruso”. It started to show adult movies in 1968 until it closed in 1974.

In 2019 it operates as a dry cleaners named Village Cleaners.
