This theater is in operation on the 1909 map. This a fairly substantial airdome, with a shallow one story wooden structure at the street side, a stage, and dressing rooms converted from the buggy house that is the only structure noted on the lot in 1902. The dressing rooms were along the alley side at the rear of the lot, and the stage was square, and set in front of them. Wooden seats are noted along the sides, but may have run all the way across.
By 1916, this theater had been replaced by a large garage, which remains today.
