This theatre appears on the 1910 map, in the southern storefront of a very old 2-story brick building. This was built sometime before 1887 as an opera house. Maps originally show it as three stories, but by 1905 it is shown as only two, although the height remains unchanged. On that map, the theater space is a saloon. The family Theatre is listed in the 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory. It had closed by 1926.
Unfortunately, the 1927 map is unavailable, but everything down to the corner was demolished long ago and the lot is currently occupied by a gas station. The address is a guess, since the available maps have no street numbers.
