The July 1911 Sanborn shows a combination airdome and skating rink operating in a large single-story wooden structure on what had previously been an empty lot. By 1914 it was operated as a movie theatre named Rink Theatre.
The building was the entire depth of the lot, with the half closest to the street being enclosed, while the back half had a generous U-shaped cut-out in the roof.
By 1920, the entire building was enclosed, and it was in use as a garage. The building was replaced by a more substantial garage by 1932. That structure may survive under some ugly sheet metal as an auto parts store.
